Taste samples of delicious yet healthful vegetarian cooking. Each evening, you will have the opportunity to taste the recipe demonstrated that evening.

Each session consists of plant-based demonstrations of delicious, healthy food and lectures presenting the scientific evidence for healthy eating. During each session you will receive easy to make recipes for plant-based dishes, enjoy mouth -watering food samples and have the opportunity to ask your health questions.

Planning a Balanced Dinner Menu

Most people desire to plan a balanced menu for their families, but they don’t’ know how. During this class, you will learn the principles of being sure that your family has a balanced dinner every day.

Session 3

Simple, Healthful Suppers

One of the factors contributing to obesity is heavy suppers. During this presentation you will learn how to prepare healthy nutritious suppers and the benefits of eating together as a family.
