COVID-19 has changed how we meet as a church. In this time, it is vital that we stay connected as a congregation. Many of our Sabbath Schools have moved online. We understand that this is new. Below are some of the commonly asked questions.
Where do I download the latest version of Zoom?

How do I use Zoom on my PC or Mac?
After downloading Zoom, learn how to use the Zoom Desktop Client.
Can I join without internet or a computer?
Yes, you can join a zoom meeting via your phone. Call the number that you find on your Sabbath School classes page.
How do I join a Zoom meeting?
You can join a meeting by clicking the meeting link or going to join.zoom.us and entering in the meeting ID. Learn more about joining a meeting.
My video quality is low, can I improve it?
There are several things you can try.
First: Turn off your camera. This will decrease your bandwidth and may increase your video quality.
Second: You can ask your internet company if there is a higher speed available to you to use.
Third: Try using the phone, instead of the internet, for your audio.
How do I join computer/device audio?
On most devices, you can join computer/device audio by clicking Join Audio, Join with Computer Audio, or Audio to access the audio settings. Learn more about connecting your audio.
My video/camera isn't working.
There is an echo in my meeting.
Echo can be caused by many things, such as a participant connected to the meeting audio on multiple devices or two participants joined in from the same local. Learn about common causes of audio echo.
