This year’s Christmas tree offering will be collected on December 16 and 23. The gifts will go toward our capital improvement fund.

Installing a new roof this past summer used a large portion of this fund, but there are still several major projects that need to be completed. The next priority is replacing the church’s exterior doors to improve security and structural integrity.

“We need to update the locks to control who has access, but the keys and locks are so old that we can’t get replacements,” says Debra Gray, building committee chair. “In addition, the foundation of the enclosed doors is separating from the church. The enclosure floods occasionally, the frame is barely holding together, and the glass of the enclosure is broken in a few areas.”

Offerings placed on the Christmas tree during the worship service will help us address these needs. You may also donate through online giving
