Our free medical, dental and vision clinic on November 17 provided no-cost healthcare services to 323 people, including 160 people who received dental procedures and 100 people who received prescription eyeglasses. Haircuts, massages, and free physician consultations were also much appreciated by attendees. Our Community Service Center gave away 650 pieces of clothing. The total value of free services provided was more than $175,000.

Approximately 170 volunteers, including medical professionals from the Lansing area and beyond, cared for the needs of the patients who attended. The free clinic was made possible through a partnership with AMEN (Adventist Medical Evangelism Network) and the Michigan Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

“It’s been really fun to come together and work together to be able to provide the services for people,” said Donna Hall, clinic coordinator. “It’s not only a blessing to others, but it was a blessing for us as well.”
